COSTS AND FEES. 1. The Bank shall have the right to charge the Customer in the form of costs, fees and other tariffs for each banking activity including but not limited to Account management fees, or the implementation of Instructions, whereby the provisions regarding costs, fees and other tariffs shall fully determined by the Bank and notified to the Customer. 2. The Customer agrees to pay all costs, fees and tariffs to be determined by the Bank from time to time for services rendered by taking into account the applicable provisions of the laws and regulations.
