MISCELLANEOUS. 6.1 Survival upon Termination (i) Bank has received written statement about the cancelation or such amendment with format and content as well as delivery method which is accepted by the Bank, or (ii) in accordance with relevant prevailing regulation. In case of cancelation or partial amendment of the agreement on the data disclosure and or information as set out herein this is not applicable to data and or information has been disclosed prior to the cancelation or partial amendment of such agreement. In order to avoid doubt, in the event there is no Indonesian’s law which prohibit continuous enforceability the provision herein will continue to be enforced as set out on the above article 6.1.
