Safety Measures. (a) The Contractor shall ensure that the constructional plant together with all other tools and equipment and other items used in the execution of the Works are in a safe, sound and good condition and capable of performing the functions for which they are intended.
Safety Measures. 3.2.1 The Contractor shall comply with the relevant Acts or statutes of Parliament, Regulations, etc. relating to safety of persons on or about the site and shall provide sufficient safety helmets, rubber boots, safety shoes, etc. for the use of the consultant and other authorised persons visiting the site.
