Definisi Confidential Information

Confidential Information means Information, at any time and from time to time, supplied by the Employer or Connected Persons orally, in writing or in any other form to the Tenderer/Bidder in connection with the Transaction which shall include, but is not limited to:
Confidential Information shall include information disclosed by either party that is marked as confidential at the time of disclosure, Oracle materials, Data Set, the terms and conditions of the Agreement, and any other information or data shared by either party that, by its nature, should be considered to be confidential. Confidential Information shall not include any information that (a) is in or enters into the public domain other than as a result of disclosure by the receiving party or any third party to whom the receiving party disclosed such information;
Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1. “Confidentiality Agreement” has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.

  • We may make Service Analyses publicly available; however, Service Analyses will not incorporate Your Content, Personal Data or Confidential Information in a form that could serve to identify You or any individual.

  • Your Content residing in the Services will be considered Confidential Information subject to the terms of this section, Section 8 of the General Terms and Your order.

  • However, written consent from the disclosing Party shall not be required in the event of disclosure of Confidential Information to authorized parties based on the provisions of applicable laws and regulations or on the existence of a court decision.

  • The Tenderer/Bidder shall indemnify and hold harmless the Employer from any action, claim or proceeding and all damage, losses, costs, expenses or other liabilities suffered or incurred by the Employer (including but not limited to legal fees and the cost of enforcing this indemnity) which would arise out of or resulting from any unauthorised use or disclosure of the Confidential Information or any other breach of any terms or obligation(s) by the Tenderer/Bidder under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Confidential Information

Confidential Information means, with respect to SAP, all information which SAP protects against unrestricted disclosure to others, including but not limited to: (a) the Software and Documentation and other SAP Materials, including without limitation the following information regarding the Software:
Confidential Information means any information proprietary to a party to these Terms of Service or an affiliate thereof, that is disclosed to the other party or an affiliate thereof, whether marked as confidential or not, that should be considered confidential information under the circumstances. It does not include information that the recipient already knew, that becomes public through no fault of the recipient, that was independently developed by the recipient, or that was lawfully obtained and provided to the recipient by a third party.
