Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract. The successful applicant shall be asked to sign the contract/assignment letter, in accordance with the regulations in force, after submitting the declaration concerning his/her tax and social security positions. The assignee, where provided for by the requested service, shall have the right to enter the premises of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and to use the services therein for the purpose of carrying out his/her activity. In this case, he/she shall comply with the regulations and safety rules in force in the Department as well as respect the logistical requirements thereof. Prior to the start of the collaboration, he/she shall be required, where applicable, to obtain a certificate of participation in the Basic Safety Course online, through which the training will be formalised, as required by Articles 36 and 37 of Italian Legislative Decree No 81/2008 and subsequent amendments and additions, which must be submitted when signing the contract.
