DATA PROTECTION IMPACT ASSESSMENT AND PRELIMINARY CONSULTATIONS. 7.1 The Data Processor shall provide reasonable levels of assistance to the Data Controller in relation to any data protection impact assessment required under Article 35 of the GDPR and in relation to the Data Controller's or any of its affiliates' preliminary consultations with any supervisory authority as may be required under Article 36 of the GDPR in any case concerning Personal Data processed by the Data Processor on behalf of the Data Controller, taking into account the nature of such processing and the information available to the Data Processor.
