DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES. 2.1 The Site may order Accellacare’s Services if the subject (or subject’s legal representative) consents to such Services. After the subject consents to the Services, the Services will be carried out in accordance with the clinical study protocol with appropriate delegation from the PI as required by ICH GCP, Physician Order Form, and each entity’s policies and procedures.
