PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 1. Both parties aim at strengthening their relationships and scientific cooperation by considering the secondment of Dr Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (the “Secondee”) to the OIE Headquarters based in Paris, France, in the framework of the OIE’s participation in the European Union funded Secretariat for the International Research Consortium on Animal Health (SIRCAH) which supports the STAR IDAZ International Research Consortium on Animal Health.
PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 1.1 The work to be performed by IQVIA clinicians, as delegated by the PI, shall be the Services pursuant to the Agreement between the Sponsor and Accellacare in relation to the Study as requested by the site.
