EQUIPMENT AND DEVICES: FREE LOAN FOR USE AND WARRANTY. If, in line with the requested Service, C1V Hosting is expected to supply devices necessary for the provision of the Service, the same will take place in the manner described in the individual Service Order. In case of supply of devices and / or devices by C1V Hosting by sending to the Customer by postal service or private shipment (eg couriers), the Customer, if deemed necessary, is required to accept with specific reservation on the conditions of the packaging containing the peripheral received. In case of damage to the packaging or its contents, the Customer is required, strictly within 24 hours following delivery, to send written notice to C1V Hosting by email to the xxxxxx.xxxxxx@x0xxxxxxxx.xx address, specifying in detail, also with photographic support, the problems encountered at the time of delivery. Requests, reports or complaints received more than 24 hours after delivery will not be taken care of by C1V Hosting. In case of receipt of delivery without reservation, the Customer assumes that the packaging is compliant and intact, exempting C1V Hosting from any liability. The aforementioned devices / equipment are granted on loan for free use to the Customer for the entire duration provided by the Service provided and are covered by warranty for the same period. The warranty covers manufacturing or material defects under the same conditions and within the same limits as provided by the manufacturer and reported in the relevant warranty certificate. In any case, the warranty does not cover any damage caused by the devices or incorrect use of the same and is strictly excluded in the following cases: interventions, repairs or tampering carried out by the Customer or by unauthorized personnel of the Supplier; removal or alteration of the identification codes or illegibility of the same; damage to the devices due to behavior attributable to the Customer himself or lack of maintenance ; defect due to unforeseen interruptions of the electricity supply (including weather events); use of devices in contrast to the instructions received. In case of malfunctions, the Customer must notify the Supplier within 8 days of discovering the malfunction, by ordinary email to the xxxxxxx.xxxxxx@x0xxxxxxxx.xx address.
