Materials. The Sponsor shall provide the Entity, free of charge and for the duration of the Trial, with all the supports necessary for registration and data collection and other materials (_____) (hereinafter "Materials") possibly requested by the protocol or otherwise necessary for carrying out the Trial.

The CRO on behalf of the Sponsor shall provide the Entity, free of charge and for the duration of the Study, with the necessary and sufficient quantities of materials necessary for the execution of the Study.
Materials. 3.1.1. Human samples Brain samples were obtained during autopsies of male (n=5) and female (n=2) subjects (average age 58 years old) who died without evidence of neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders. Informed consents for using brain samples for research purposes were obtained from closest relatives and are stored at the Section of Legal Medicine and Insurances, Department of Human Biomedical Sciences for Health, University of Milan. Final approval was given by the pathologist executing the autopsy. Samples of premotor (frontal) cortex were carefully dissected into white and grey matter and then stored at -80°C until use for the isolation of mitochondria. All tissues samples were analyzed anonymously.

Sucrose, d-Mannitol, Hepes, Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, Optipreptm, Bovine serum albumin (BSA), Ethylene glycol-bis(2-aminoethylether)-N,N,N′,N′- tetraacetic acid (EGTA), Protease Inhibitor Cocktail (PIC), all reagents to set up enzyme assay reactions and solvent systems for thin layer chromatography were purchased from Sigma-Xxxxxxx Co. Sodium Hydroxide and Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium (EDTA) were purchased from Xxxxx Xxxx Reagents. Pure galactosylceramide (GalCer), sulfatides, and lyso PC were purchased from Avanti Polar Lipids; phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), phosphatidylinositol (PI), phosphatidylserine (PS), sphingomyelin (SM), and phosphatidic acid (PA) were purchased from Sigma- Xxxxxxx Co. Ceramide, gangliosides (GM3, XX0, XX0, XX0, XX0x, XX0x, XX0x, XX0x), glucosylceramide (GlcCer), and lactosylceramide (LacCer) were synthesized or purified in Prof. Prinetti laboratories (Department of Medical Biotechnology and Translational Medicine, University of Milan, Segrate Milano, Italy).
Materials. Materials and partial safety factors have been applied for the anchor chamber roof as specified in section 2.3. Concrete of class C45/55 has been used for the precast elements and the slab, see Table 2-1.
