Methods, terms, and conditions of the fees due are defined in the Commercial Proposal. In the event of late payment, the Customer shall pay the Provider, without the need for formal notice or default, interest on the overdue amounts calculated in the measure provided by Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 of 09.10.2002, accruing from the due date until the actual payment.
