MINIMUM AGE, LICENSES AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED. The Customer must be aged 18 or over to rent a vehicle with maximum age limit of 80 years old. The “Young driver surcharge” is applicable for those between the ages of 18 and 21 and it consists of a specific charge of euro 30,00 per day. The Customer must be in possession of a valid driving license, suitable for use of the hire vehicle and which is not suspended, withdrawn, revoked at the time of the signing of this contract and for the entire duration of the rental relationship. At every rent of the vehicle the Renter reserves the right to verify the existence of the above requirements. Any variations on the status of the license (such as, for example, withdrawal, suspension or expiration) must be promptly communicated by the Customer to the Renter. In the event of a breach by the Customer of any of the above obligations and assumptions, the Renter may terminate the Contract and take action for damages with charge to the Customer of all possible consequences and sanctions.
