Common use of Signed Clause in Contracts

Signed. CONDITIONS OF THE SECURITIES The following is the text of the Conditions of the Eecurities which, as supplemented or varied in accordance with the terms applicable to the relevant Eeries or Tranche of Eecurities set out in the relevant Final Terms (the "Final Termh"), will apply to each issue of Eecurities. Certain administrative procedures in relation to the Eecurities are set out in the Programme Agreement between, inter alios, the Issuers, the Registrar, the Programme Agents and the Calculation Agents. A copy of the Programme Agreement will be available for inspection at the specified offices of the Programme Agents. The Holders of Eecurities of any Eeries are bound by, and are deemed to have notice of, the Conditions and the Final Terms of such Eeries of Eecurities and are deemed to have notice of the provisions of the Programme Agreement applicable to them. Expressions used herein and not defined shall have the meaning given to them in the relevant Final Terms.
