SURVIVING PROVISIONS. Termination of this Agreement for any reason shall be without prejudice to the rights which expressly survive the termination in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and applicable laws, including without limitation, the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding to Intellectual Property Rights, Publicity and Publication, Samples and Materials.
