TECHNICAL OFFER EVALUATION CRITERIA. The score of the technical offer is attributed on the basis of a set of evaluation criteria with the relative breakdown of scores. The table 3 here below contains all the criteria assumed in the evaluation of bidder’s proposals together with the corresponding points quota of the 80 points available overall for the technical proposals.
