VERIFICA DEI CONTEGGI. 5.1 Il Dirigente si riserva la facoltà di verifica meramente aritmetico-contabile degli importi di cui alle clausole 3 e 4 che precedono, ferma restando la rinuncia del Dirigente a pretese fondate o inerenti i titoli e le qualificazioni giuridiche di istituti retributivi, anche accessori, come sin qui operate dalla Società.
