TERMINATION OF THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP. 1.1 The parties hereby agree to terminate the employment relationship between them as of March 31, 2013 (to be intended as the last day of work, hereinafter “Termination Date”), and reciprocally waive the right to notice and to any indemnity in lieu of notice. The parties expressly agree that no event (including but not limited to sickness, injury, political or union offices) shall cause suspension or extension of the above Termination Date.
