References herein to a Global Certificate include, as the context so requires, a Rule 144A Global Certificate and a Regulation S Global Certificate.
Certificates represented by a Regulation S Global Certificate will be issued and deposited with the Common Depositary on behalf of Clearstream, Luxembourg and Euroclear and/or any other relevant Clearing System.
Interests in a Rule 144A Global Certificate and a Regulation S Global Certificate may be exchanged for interests in the other Global Certificate only as described herein.
