Terms used herein shall be deemed to be defined as such for the purposes of the Conditions set forth in the above referenced Base Prospectus and the supplemental Prospectuses dated May 3, 2013, May 10, 2013, June 3, 2013, June 14, 2013, June 28, 2013, August 2, 2013, September 18, 2013, November 8, 2013, November 20, 2013, February 3, 2014 and March 4, 2014 which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (the "Base Prospectus").
