The Hotel is covered by hotel liability insurance to cope with emergencies in the case of fire or other events. Article 14 — Handling when contracted guest room is unavailable 14.01. Should the guest room contracted for the guest under the accommodation agreement become unavailable for him/her, the Hotel shall attempt to offer other accommodation facilities under the same conditions as the original accommodation agreement as much as possible, subject to the consent of the guest concerned.
