DELIVERY TERMS AND DATE. 3.1. Place of delivery – Raudondvario ▇▇.▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
3.2. The equipment must be delivered, installed and commissioned within 6 months from the date of entry into force of the contract, that is, from the date of signature of the contract. The term can be extended to 3 months by written agreement.
DELIVERY TERMS AND DATE. 3.1. Place of delivery – AB „Ortopedijos technika“, Open access center iVitaLab, Savanorių pr. 284, LT-49476 Kaunas, Lithuania.
3.2. The equipment must be delivered, installed and commissioned within 6 months from the date of entry into force of the contract, that is, from the date of signature of the contract. The delivery period may be extended by a written agreement of up to 3 months.

3.2. The equipment must be delivered to the Buyer in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce "Incoterms". Delivery terms - FCA (Free Carrier (insert named place of delivery).
3.3. Delivery date is considered as the date of delivery of the equipment to the Buyer.
