FINAL PROVISIONS. 1. Disputes between Parties, which appear in the process of execution of this Contract, shall be solved by negotiations or shall be transferred to the court. 2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall govern the relations arising from this Contract. 3. All documents and annexes form an integral part of this Contract. The Parties shall approve the following documents and annexes: Document No. 1. Terms of Purchase Annex No. 1. Technical Specification Annex No. 2. Proposal Form 4. The Contract is made in two binding counterparts – each party receives one copy of the Contract. Each copy has the same legal validity.
