OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT. 2.1. Automatic PET blow moulding equipment (hereinafter – The Goods) with the characteristics set out in the Technical Specification (Annex 1) are purchased. 2.2. In the case when the description of the Object of Procurement in the Technical Specification, refers to a certain model or a source, a particular process or a trademark, patent, types, particular origin or production, it should be considered that equivalent objects in terms of their properties will be acceptable as well. 2.3. This Procurement is not divided into parts. Suppliers must submit their tenders for the entire scope of the Procurement. 2.4. The goods must be manufactured, delivered, installed, the equipment put into operation and the employees trained within 6 months from the date of signing the goods purchase agreement. At the request of the supplier, the term of performance of the contract may be extended by 60 days by written agreement of the parties, for reasons beyond the direct control of the supplier. For delivery of goods to the place of installation of goods at Baravykų str. 3, LT-66181 Druskininkai, Lithuania, supplier responsible for installation, commissioning and staff training.
OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT. 2.1 The procurement object is the Automated machine for forming strings from solar cells (Stringer) (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment) as indicated in the Annex 1 of the Terms and Conditions “Technical Specifications” (hereinafter – the Technical Specifications). 2.2 In the case if the description of the Procurement Object in the Technical Specification refers to a certain model or a source, a particular process or a trademark, patent, types, particular origin or production, it should be considered that equivalent objects in terms of their properties will be acceptable as well. 2.3 Procurement cannot be divided into separate lots. Supplier must offer his products for all set of the Equipment. 2.4 The Equipment must be provided within 4 months from the Contract signing date. The delivery term may be extended for no longer than 3 months if the Supplier asks the Buyer in writing for the extension of the term and indicates a valid reason for the request.
OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT. The equipment purchased shall be intended for raw material dosing units (3 sets). (hereinafter – the Goods), the specifications of which are set out in the Technical Specification provided in Annex No. 1. In the case when the description of the Object of Procurement in the Technical Specification, refers to a certain model or a source, a particular process or a trademark, patent, types, particular origin or production, it should be considered that equivalent objects in terms of their properties will be acceptable as well. This Procurement could be divided into parts. The tender may be submitted under a separate procurement part. Firs part of the Procurement: 1st type raw material dosing unit. Second part of the Procurement: 2nd type raw material dosing unit. Third part of Procurement: 3rd type raw material dosing unit. The Goods shall be delivered within a period no longer than 3 months from the day of signing the Procurement Contract. This term may be extended for 2 months on the basis of a written mutual agreement. The place for delivery - Pramonės str. 8, Panevėžys. This procurement shall not be divided into lots and therefore the offers must be submitted for the entire quantity of the specified equipment. 2.3. The equipments must be delivered within 8 month after signing a purchase contract. 2.4. Place for the delivery of the equipment: Baltosios Vokės str. 37, LT-02243 Vilnius, Lithuania.

This Procurement is not divided into parts. Suppliers must submit their tenders for the entire scope of the Procurement. 2.4. The Goods shall be delivered and ready to use within 2 months from the date of signing the contract. This term can be extended by written agreement of the parties for no longer than 2 months. 2.5. OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT. 2.1. Object of procurement: Automatic shape cutting machine, 1 pc. The requirements for the parts of the procurement object shall be set out in Appendix No. 2 “Technical Specification.” 2.2. Offering equivalent objects: Where, in describing the Procurement object, the technical specification refers to a particular model or source of supply, to a particular process inherent in the goods or services supplied by a particular supplier, or to a trademark, a patent, types, a particular origin or manufacture, it shall be presumed that each of the following indications is accompanied by the words "or equivalent". Where, in describing the Procurement object, a technical specification refers to a standard, a technical certificate or a general technical specification (a Lithuanian standard adopting a European standard, a European Technical Assessment Approval Document, a general technical specification for information and communication technologies, an international standard, other systems of technical norms established by the European Standardizations Organizations, a national standard, a national technical certificate or a national technical specification relating to the design of the works, the calculation and execution of the estimates, and the use of the goods), it shall be presumed that each of the following indications is accompanied by the words "or equivalent". 2.3. Dividing Object of procurement The procurement object is not divided into lots. A supplier must submit a tender for the entire procurement object. 2.4. Delivery terms The seller must, no later than 2024, April 15 to deliver the Goods. 2.5. Place of delivery At the choice of the seller, R. Service Provider must offer his products for all set of the Services. 2.4 The Services delivery term is March 29th, 2022.

In the case when the description of the Object of Procurement in the Technical Specification, refers to a certain model or a source, a particular process or a trademark, patent, types, particular origin or production, it should be considered that equivalent objects in terms of their properties will be acceptable as well. 2.3. This Procurement is not divided into parts. Suppliers must submit their tenders for the entire scope of the Procurement. 2.4. The Goods shall be manufactured within a period of 120 days from the day of signing the Procurement Contract. This term may be extended for 30 days on the basis of a written mutual agreement.
OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT. 2.1. Packaging production line (hereinafter – The Goods) with the characteristics set out in the Technical Specification (Annex 1) are purchased. 2.2. In the case when the description of the Object of Procurement in the Technical Specification, refers to a certain model or a source, a particular process or a trademark, patent, types, particular origin or production, it should be considered that equivalent objects in terms of their properties will be acceptable as well. 2.3. This Procurement is not divided into parts. Suppliers must submit their tenders for the entire scope of the Procurement. 2.4. The Goods shall be manufactured, delivered, installed and staff training within a period of 350 days from the day of signing the Procurement Contract. This term may be extended for 30 days on the basis of a written mutual agreement.
OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT. 2.1. The Goods to be purchased: 2.1.1. Turning swiss type lathe (1 pcs), hereinafter Item No. 1; 2.1.2. Turning swiss type lathe (1 pcs), hereinafter Item No. 2 2.2. Characteristics of the Items 1, 2 are provided in the Technical Specification (Annex 1). 2.3. The procurement is divided into items, a separate procurement contract will be issued for each Item. 2.4. The goods must be delivered, installed, commissioned and the Contracting Authority’s personnel must be trained to work with the equipment to be procured within the time periods indicated in the table below: 1. Turning swiss type lathe (Item No 1). Within 13 months from the date of signing the procurement contract. 2. Turning swiss type lathe (Item No 2). Within 13 months from the date of signing the procurement contract. These terms may be extended by the agreement between the Contracting Authority and the Supplier (with the Contracting Authority’s approval, or upon request), but may not be longer than the end of the EU-funded project “Modernization and development of new generation dental implant production process by implementing high-impact technologies“ at 28th of August in 2020. 2.5.
