PAYMENT CONDITIONS. 4.1. The payment for the Equipment sold under this Contract shall be carried out in euro as follows:
4.1.1. 30% of the Contract amount (______________________EUR) - Advance payment to the Supplier's account until ____________________, 2019;
4.1.2. 70% of the Contract amount (______________________EUR) - final payment bevor the delivery.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS. 4.1. The payment for the Equipment sold under this Contract shall be carried out in euro as follows:
4.1.1. The advance payment of 35% of the Contract price will be paid within 10 (ten) days after signing the Procurement Contract.
4.1.2. 65 % of the Contract will be paid no later than within 30 (thirty) days from the date after acceptance- transfer act will be sign.
4.2. The Acceptance of the equipment is formalized by signing the acceptance-transfer deed after the Seller manufactures the equipment and transfers it to the Buyer, and the Buyer finally pays for the equipment. From the moment of signing this document and the final payment, the Equipment becomes the property of the Buyer.
