PAYMENT CONDITIONS. 4.1. The payment for the Equipment sold under this Contract shall be carried out in euro as follows: 4.1.1. 40% of the Contract amount (______________________EUR) - Advance payment to the Supplier's account until ____________________, 2017; 4.1.2. 60% of the Contract amount (______________________EUR) - final payment within 1 week after the delivery, installation, commissioning and training of the equipment.
