WARRANTY TERM. 5.1. The Seller guarantees that the quality of the goods supplied complies with the terms of this Contract and the requirements of the European Union and Lithuanian legislation and that, at the time of signing of the final acceptance-transfer act, there will be no hidden defects of the goods, which would prevent the goods from being used for their intended purpose or would reduce the usefulness of the goods in such a way that the Buyer, knowing about these defects, would not have purchased the goods, or would not have paid for them.
