PUŠU ATBILDĪBA. 5.1. PARTIES shall be held liable for the failure to fulfil their obligations stipulated in the present Contract, for failure to fulfil obligations timely or entirely, in conformity with the provisions of the present Contract and regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia. 5.1. PUSES par savu šajā Līgumā noteikto saistību nepildīšanu, saistību neizpildīšanu termiņā vai nepienācīgu to pildīšanu atbild saskaņā ar šajā Līgumā paredzētajiem noteikumiem un Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem.
PUŠU ATBILDĪBA. LU apņemas: nodrošināt Projekta īstenošanu atbilstoši noslēgtās Vienošanās un šīs papildvienošanās nosacījumiem, atbilstoši noteiktajiem termiņiem; nodrošināt, lai Projekta ietvaros radītās vērtības un rezultāti tiktu izmantoti atbilstoši Projekta mērķim; nodrošināt kvalitatīvu informācijas apmaiņu starp Projekta dalībniekiem/partneriem un iesaistītajām personām; koordinēt un uzraudzīt Projekta finanšu plūsmu saskaņā ar Projekta budžetu, aktivitātēm un laika grafiku, lai plānotās Projekta darbības notiek atbilstoši apstiprinātajam Projektam un šīs papildvienošanās nosacījumiem, un noteiktajiem termiņiem; nodrošināt atsevišķu Projekta izmaksu grāmatvedības uzskaiti. Izmaksām jābūt skaidri identificējamām, pārbaudāmām un nodalāmām no citām izmaksām; pārbaudīt finanšu dokumentus un izlietojumu saskaņā ar Projekta nosacījumiem, LU apstiprināto institūcijas iekšējo kārtību un Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem; plānot un koordinēt iepirkumus Projekta vajadzībām. Uzraudzīt iepirkuma procesa norisi Projekta ietvaros, piedalīties preču piegādes un pakalpojumu līgumu sagatavošanā un noslēgšanā, kontrolēt noslēgto līgumu izpildi;

  • Small and medium-sized enterprises 1. The Parties will promote a favourable environment for the development of the small and medium enterprises (SME) on the basis of strengthening of the relevant private and governmental bodies, as well as the exchange of experiences and good practices with the SME. 2. Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.
