PUŠU ATBILDĪBA. 6.1. Puses ir pilnā mērā atbildīgas par savu šī līguma saistību neizpildi vai nepienācīgu izpildi savas vainas dēļ. 6.2. ZAĻAIS PUNKTS ir atbildīgs par ZAĻĀ PUNKTA uzņemtā pienākuma neizpildi vai nepilnīgu izpildi, kura sekas ir soda sankciju piemērošana LĪGUMPARTNERIM. 6.3. LĪGUMPARTNERIS ir atbildīgs par informācijas un pieprasīto dokumentu neiesniegšanu, nepilnīgu iesniegšanu, datu sagrozīšanu un termiņu neievērošanu. 6.4. Puses neatbild par līgumsaistību neizpildi nepārvaramas varas apstākļos (force majeure), kuri padara neiespējamu šī līguma izpildi vai Pušu darbību. Nepārvarama vara šī līguma izpratnē ir dabas katastrofas, masu nemieri, karadarbība un tādas izmaiņas Latvijas Republikas normatīvajos aktos, kas bez alternatīvas ierobežo vai padara neiespējamu Pušu darbību. Ja nepārvaramas varas apstākļi turpinās ilgāk nekā trīs mēnešus, Puses vienojas par turpmāko darbību un šī līguma spēkā esamību.

Pēc Projekta īstenošanas visus ar Projekta īstenošanu saistīto dokumentu oriģinālus uzglabā atbilstoši Latvijas Republikas normatīvajos aktos paredzētajai kārtībai; nodrošināt Projekta īstenošanas dokumentācijas pieejamību uzraugošo institūciju pārbaudēm. 9.1. nodrošināt Projekta īstenošanu atbilstoši noslēgtās Vienošanās un šīs papildvienošanās nosacījumiem, atbilstoši noteiktajiem termiņiem; 9.2. nodrošināt Projekta īstenošanas dokumentācijas pieejamību LU un uzraugošo institūciju pārbaudēm; 9.3. nodrošināt, lai Projekta ietvaros radītās vērtības un rezultāti tiktu izmantoti atbilstoši Projekta mērķim; 9.4. plānot un veikt iepirkumus Projekta vajadzībām, kas saistīti ar Projekta realizācijai nepieciešamo resursu iegādi savu darbību īstenošanai; 9.5. sagatavot, saskaņot ar LU un iesniegt paredzētās finanšu un saturiskās atskaites (maksājuma pieprasījumi, vidusposma ziņojumi u. c.) Vienošanās par Projekta realizāciju noteiktajā kārtībā un termiņos; 9.6. nekavējoties informēt LU par jebkādiem apstākļiem, kas kavē vai ierobežo Projekta īstenošanu atbilstoši plānotajām Projekta darbībām un kas var ietekmēt Projekta rezultātus; 9.7. sagatavot un iesniegt LU nepieciešamos precizējumus, skaidrojumus un grozījumus Projekta realizācijas gaitā līdz visu līgumsaistību pilnīgai izpildei; 9.8. nodrošināt, lai visā ar Projekta īstenošanu un papildvienošanās saistību izpildi saistītajā dokumentācijā (tajā skaitā līgumos, rīkojumos, rēķinos, citos līdzvērtīgos samaksu apliecinošos grāmatvedības dokumentos) būtu precīzi norādīts Vienošanās numurs, savukārt līgumos un rīkojumos būtu iekļauta atsauce, ka attiecīgo Projektu līdzfinansē ERAF; 9....

These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
