Cooperation. Both parties aim for smooth work performance without interruptions. Client stakeholders will be available for information, decision making and will have sufficient in-depth technical knowledge for understanding the choices to be made. The parties will ultimately revert to each other within 3 business days. Licenses must be available from the Client. Rapid Circle consultants will be granted Client accounts with sufficient access to perform the work under the SoW and with adequate security settings. Rapid Circle consultants will render services from the Rapid Circle office, the Client’s offices or their home. If it has been agreed that the performance of the agreed activities will take place in phases, Rapid Circle is entitled to postpone the commencement of the activities that belong to a subsequent phase until the Client has approved the results of the preceding phase in writing. Naturally, the aim of both parties is to prevent pausing and support that the work will be performed with smooth progress.
