Common use of Evidence Clause in Contracts

Evidence. Subject to evidence to the contrary, the records of Lendahand in respect of the Notes as holder of the collective depot (verzameldepot) will constitute conclusive evidence of the existence and amounts of any of the obligations of the Issuer under the Notes.
