Miscellaneous. The Terms of Use are personal to you, and are not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by you except with DANS's prior written consent. DANS may assign, transfer or delegate any of its rights and obligations hereunder without consent. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of this Agreement of Use and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect. All notices under this Agreement will be in writing.
Miscellaneous. 15.1 The Client will not hire or approach any employees of the Contractor involved in the performance of the work in order to be employed by the Client, temporarily or permanently, directly or indirectly, or to perform work for the Client, directly or indirectly, as an employee or otherwise, during the term of the agreement or any extension thereof and for a period of 12 months thereafter.

Miscellaneous. 18.1 If one of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the further contracts reached should be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions. The contracting parties are obliged to replace the ineffective provision by a ruling approximating most closely the economic success intended by the ineffective provision.

Miscellaneous. 17.1 AXAL may assign, set over and/or subcontract the performance of the Services to any of its affiliates or third parties, provided that it shall remain responsible for the work performed by such subcontractor or affiliate.
