General Indemnification Obligations of the Purchaser. Subject to the limitations and other conditions set out in this Clause 7, the Purchaser agrees and undertakes to indemnify the Sellers for any Loss which would not have been incurred by them if every Purchaser's Representation had been true, accurate and complete.
