Common use of Invalidity of Provisions Clause in Contracts

Invalidity of Provisions. In the event that any provision of the Notes appears to be non-binding, the other provisions of the Notes will continue to be effective. The Issuer is obliged to replace the non-binding provision with another provision that is binding, in such manner that the new provision differs as little as possible from the non-binding provision, taking into account the object and the purpose of the Notes.
