Privileges and immunities a) The Head of the Organisation, together with members of his fam- ily forming part of his household, shall enjoy the same privileges and immunities as the host State accords to heads of diplomatic missions accredited to the host State in accordance with the Vienna Convention.
b) The highest ranking staff of the Organisation, together with mem- bers of their family forming part of their household, shall enjoy the same privileges and immunities as the host State accords to diplomatic agents of the diplomatic missions established in the host State in accordance with the Vienna Convention.
c) Administrative and technical staff of the Organisation, together with members of his family forming part of his household, shall enjoy the same privileges and immunities as the host State accords to admin- istrative and technical staff of the diplomatic missions established in the host State in accordance with the Vienna Convention, provided that immunity from criminal jurisdiction and personal inviolability shall not extend to acts performed outside the course of their official duties.
d) Service staff of the Organisation, together with members of his family forming part of his household, shall enjoy the same privileges and immunities as the host State accords to service staff of the diplo- matic missions established in the host State in accordance with the Vienna Convention.
Privileges and immunities. 1. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the liaison officer and members of his family who form part of his household and do not pos- sess Dutch nationality, shall enjoy in and vis-à-vis the Kingdom of the Netherlands the same privileges and immunities as are conferred on members of the diplomatic staff by the Vienna Convention on Diploma- tic Relations of 18 April 1961.
2. The immunity granted to persons mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article shall not extend to either:
(i) civil action by a third party for damages, including personal injury or death, arising from a traffic accident caused by any such per- son; or
(ii) criminal and civil jurisdiction over acts performed outside the course of their official duties.
3. The obligations of Sending States and their personnel that apply under the Vienna Convention to members of the diplomatic staff, shall apply to the persons referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.

Privileges and immunities. 1. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, a Liaison Officer and members of his family who form part of his household and do not pos- sess Dutch nationality shall enjoy in and vis-à-vis the Netherlands the same privileges and immunities as are conferred on members of the administrative and technical staff by the Convention.
2. The immunities shall not extend to damages, including personal injury or death, arising from a traffic accident caused by a vehicle or other means of transport belonging to or driven by the Liaison Officer and members of his family, nor to traffic offences.
3. The protection, as referred to in Article 30, paragraph 1 of the Con- vention, shall not apply.
4. The obligations of Switzerland and its personnel that apply under the Convention to members of the administrative and technical staff, shall apply to the persons referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article. All necessary contacts with the authorities of Switzerland shall take place through the diplomatic mission of Switzerland in the Netherlands.

Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the liaison officer and members of his family who form part of his household and do not pos- sess Dutch nationality, shall enjoy in and vis-à-vis the Kingdom of the Netherlands the same privileges and immunities as are conferred on members of the diplomatic staff by the Vienna Convention on Diploma- tic Relations of 18 April 1961.
2. The immunity granted to persons mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article shall not extend to either:
i) civil action by a third party for damages, including personal injury or death, arising from a traffic accident caused by any such per- son; or

Privileges and immunities. 1. The Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Specialized Agencies, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 21 November 1947 (hereinafter referred to as the “Convention“), to which the Kingdom of the Netherlands is a Party, shall be applicable as far as ICAO is concerned in respect of the Event. In particular,
a) Article V of the Convention shall apply to Event Participants referred to in Paragraph (1) (a) who are representatives of Member States and who produce official documentation attesting to their partici- pation in the Event; and
b) Article VI and Xxxxx XXX of the Convention shall apply to officials and experts of ICAO referred to in Paragraph 6 who produce official documentation attesting to their employment as officials or experts of ICAO.
2. The entry to, sojourn in transit through and exit from the Netherlands of Event Participants, and the issu- ance of travel Visas, where required, will be facilitated as soon as possible, provided that they take place in accordance with domestic and European Union legislation applicable in the Netherlands.
3. Privileges and immunities are granted to Event Participants and Officials of ICAO in the interest of the Event only and not for the personal benefit of the individuals themselves. ICAO shall have the right and the duty to waive the immunity of any Officials in any case where, in its opinion, the immunity would impede the course of justice and can be waived without prejudice to the interests of ICAO.
4. Nothing in or relating to this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver, express or implied, of any immunity from suit or legal process or any privilege, exemption or other immunity enjoyed or which may be enjoyed by ICAO, its officers and staff, either pursuant to the Convention or applicable agreements, con- ventions, laws or decrees.
Privileges and immunities. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Liaison officer and the family members belong- ing to the household, and who are not nationals of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and who do not have per- manent residence in the territory of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, shall enjoy in and vis-à-vis the Kingdom of the Netherlands the same privileges and immunities as accorded to diplomatic agents of the diplomatic missions in accordance with the Vienna Convention.
