Rates. Contractor shall quote all the rates both in figures and in words and any alterations shall have to be initialled by the contractor. Rates quoted by the contractor for the same item in different schedules shall be same, and incase different rates are quoted, the lowest will be taken as correct and the schedule corrected accordingly. In case of discrepancy between rates given in words and figures or in the amount worked out, the following procedure will be followed: In case of item rate tender: The tenderers shall quote their rates for individual items both in words and figures in case of discrepancy between the rates quoted in words and figures the unit rate quoted in words will prevail. If no rate is quoted for a particular item the contractor shall not be paid for that item when it is executed. The amount of each item shall be calculated and the requisite total is given. In case of discrepancy between the unit rate and the total amount calculated from multiplication of unit rate and the quantity the unit rate quoted will govern and the amount will be corrected. The tenderers should not change the units as specified in the tender. If any unit is changed the tenders would be evaluated as per the original unit and the contractor would be paid accordingly. The tenderer should not change or modify or delete the description of the item. If any discrepancy is observed he should immediately bring to the knowledge of the Architect / SBI.

Rates. 3.1 Unless expressly determined otherwise, the hourly rates relate to a normal working day of eight hours, worked during normal working hours. In the event that, in accordance with article 4.1, the professional must carry out overtime, the following rates will apply for each hour worked in overtime: • for overtime carried out on Monday through to Friday, excluding official Public Dutch Holidays: 150% of the applicable hourly rate per person per overtime hour worked; • for overtime carried out on Saturday, Sunday or generally acknowledged Public Dutch Holidays: 200% of the applicable hourly rate per person per overtime hour worked; • for stand-by services 50% of the applicable hourly rate will be calculated.
Rates. 1. All Zinzo indicated rates and prices are excluding VAT, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Rates. 1. Every Advertising Contract and every order will be subject to the rates applied by XXXXX. at the time of concluding the agreement regarding the placement of Advertisements and/or other work and services. All rates stated in Advertising Contracts / orders are exclusive of VAT.
Rates. 6.1. HVS heeft het recht het door haar gehanteerde basis uurtarief en de door haar gehanteerde kostenvergoedingen te wijzigen. Indien de wijziging een verhoging inhoudt van meer dan 10%, of indien de verhoging plaatsvindt binnen drie maanden na het totstandkomen van de opdracht tussen HVS enerzijds en opdrachtgever anderzijds, heeft de opdrachtgever het recht de overeenkomst te ontbinden. Het recht tot ontbinding vervalt op de 15e dag na de factuurdatum van de eerste declaratie, die aan de opdrachtgever is toegezonden na de verhoging van het basis uurtarief en/of voormelde kostenvergoeding.
