Alternative Dispute Resolution. 17.1. In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Agreement or the breach thereof (including any complaint that could not be resolved by way of the complaints handling system addressed at Section 12), the matter shall be referred in writing in the first instance to the Head of Operations of FREE NOW with a view to it being resolved in good faith.
