GENERAL PURPOSES. 1. These General Purchase Conditions apply to all purchase contracts made by the Buyer and are an integral part of the Order / Agreement. 2. Any changes, additional arrangements, suspensions or termination of the terms require written form under pain of nullity and must be approved by both Parties. 3. Withdrawal by the Buyer from the use in specific cases of strictly defined conditions of purchase has binding force only to a specific Order / Agreement.
