INTRODUCTION. 1.1 The MoneyGram® money transfer service („Service”) is provided by Bank Pocztowy SA („BP SA”, „we” or „us”) in conjunction with MoneyGram Payment Systems, Inc. („MoneyGram”) acting through a network of retail stores, agents like Poczta Polska SA and other authorised delegates or other permitted entities („Agents”). BP SA is a financial institution authorized and regulated by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego). The Terms and Conditions in the Transaction Summary along with the Documentation (defined in condition 1.2) used in connection with the Service to which the Terms and Conditions may be included or attached, constitute the entire agreement („Agreemed”) between BP SA and you, the individual user of the Service („you").
