Personal Data Processing. 1. In providing the Voucher to the Patient, Medicover does not dis- close any of the Patient’s personal data to Carebits. 2. To redeem the Voucher, the Patient must register on the Carebits platform (xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx) and provide all the necessary informa- tion needed to use the service. 3. The Controller of personal data for the purpose of redeeming the Voucher will be Carebits Sp. z o.o.
