Prices. 3.1. HIGHWAY’s prices are net prices to be increased by the tax on goods and services (VAT) or other taxes, fees and public liabilities due under the laws, at the rate(s) or in the amount(s) applicable on the date of the VAT invoice’s issuance. 3.2. The final price of the Goods is determined in the agreement or in the confirmation of the Order by way of individual negotiations. In the absence of other arrangements, the price of the Goods specified in HIGHWAY’s commercial offer addressed to the Buyer and in force at the date of the Order’s confirmation shall apply. 3.3. The Goods’ prices include standard packaging and, in case of deliveries on the territory of the Republic of Poland, also costs of transportation, loading and insurance in accordance with the DAP ustalane indywidualnie, a w razie wątpliwości ‐ zgodnie z warunkiem FCA Kraków, Incoterms 2010. Wszelkie dodatkowe koszty, w tym niestandardowe opakowanie, przeładunek, cło, uzgodniony montaż, ubezpieczenie, inne opłaty i podatki obowiązujące w czasie realizacji Zamówienia obciążają Kupującego i są ustalane w trakcie składania Zamówienia. 3.4. Wszelkie rabaty udzielane przez HIGHWAY wymagają indywidualnych ustaleń na piśmie. 3.5. Ceny Towarów podane w walutach obcych mogą zostać przeliczone na złote polskie według kursu średniego walut obcych NBP obowiązującego w dniu poprzedzającym dzień wystawienia faktury. 3.6. HIGHWAY może zobowiązać Kupującego do uiszczenia zaliczki lub ustanowienia zabezpieczenia w zaakceptowanej przez HIGHWAY formie, co, z zastrzeżeniem punktu 2.4. zdanie drugie, stanowić będzie warunek przyjęcia danego Zamówienia. Jeżeli Kupujący nie wpłaci w terminie wymaganej zaliczki lub nie ustanowi zabezpieczenia, po stronie HIGHWAY nie powstają żadne zobowiązania. HIGHWAY zachowuje jednak roszczenie o naprawienie szkody, w tym o wyrównanie poniesionych dotychczas kosztów.
Prices. If the parties agree otherwise, the price of the goods shall be the price stated in the order confirmation.
Prices. 7.1. Shall any doubt arise, any amounts indicated in the CONTRACT or in the ORDER shall be considered as the gross value and include value added tax at the applicable rate on the relevant date of the operation. 7.2. Any changes to the prices applied by the SUPPLIER may be done only in the form provided for changing of the CONTRACT. Any ORDERS filed before the entry into force of such changes shall be executed in accordance with the rates and prices binding at the time of filing of the ORDER. 7.3. Prices. 1. Prices are fixed on the basis of a price-list in force on the day of submitting the offer by Filmar of receiving the client’s order by Filmar. If there is an increase of prices of raw materials (paper or synthetic materials) exceeding 5%, after the conclusion of the contract, Filmar shall be entitled to increase fixed prices by the amount of actual increase of prices of raw materials. 2. The quantity of goods actually delivered to a client is a basis for calculating the price. Unless agreed otherwise, variations of quantity described in point VI.5 are considered agreed upon. 3. Unless the offer or the contract provide otherwise, the agreed prices are ex works prices, in the meaning of Incoterms 2010. 4. Unless the offer or the contract provide otherwise, all prices indicated therein are net prices. 5. Prices are calculated for one-time batch or one frame order (periodical one). Each next batch requires an additional offer.
Prices. 1. If the Contract provides for a net price, it means that the Contracting Party is obliged to pay the agreed net price plus VAT due. 2. The unit price of the Goods includes the cost of disposable packaging. 3. The price does not include the cost of delivery of the Goods. Delivery of Goods shall be made at the Contracting Party’s expense, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

The contract prices are those set forth in the Order Acknowledgement, and are to be considered as being for merchandise made ready by the Vendor “ex- works” (EXW), according to Incoterms (International Commerce Terms). 3.2. Any amendment to the contract requested by the Buyer after its conclusion shall be null and void unless accepted in writing by the Vendor, specifying new terms of delivery, prices and terms of payment where applicable. 3.3. Prices as stated in the Order Acknowledgement may be subject to possible variation by the Vendor at the time of delivery, in compliance with the “Price re- view” clause on the Vendor’s initial Estimate or on the Order Acknowledgement.
Prices. 3.1 Unless the Parties agree otherwise: (a) the sale price of the Goods shall be the price of the Goods indicated in the offer provided by the Seller and accepted by the Buyer, and in the absence thereof, the price in Polish zlotys specified in the Seller's price list in force on the date of conclusion of the Agreement; (b) in the case of sale of Goods in batches, the price shall be determined separately for each batch of Goods, taking into account point a) above, (c) the prices of the Goods do not include any costs of delivery of the Goods, in particular unloading, carriage, insurance, transport and taxes, which the Buyer shall cover additionally on the date of payment of the price of the Goods; (d) if the Buyer is established or the Agreement is performed (in whole or in part) in a Euro area country (as established on the date of this Agreement) (hereinafter the "Vulnerable Country"), or the Contract specifies that payment shall be made in Euros, the Seller may instruct the Buyer to meet its payment obligations in GBP or USD (at the Seller's option) to a bank account in the United Kingdom held for the Seller only if (i) the Vulnerable Country exits the euro area or (ii) the EUR ceases to exist as a currency, (e) if clause 3.1(d) applies and the Buyer makes payment to the Seller in GBP or USD to a bank account in the United Kingdom, the prevailing currency conversion shall be the average EUR/GBP or USD exchange rate published in the Financial Times for six (6) months after the occurrence of the events referred to in clauses 3.1 (d) (i) and 3.1 (d) (ii). 3.2 All prices quoted do not include the amount of each time applicable VAT (or similar or equivalent taxes or sales fees) that the Buyer is obliged to pay to the Seller.
Prices. 3.1 All prices should be considered as loco factory/warehouse of the Seller without packing and loading. If the supply with a delivery of goods to the Buyer is agreed, the prices do not include unloading and other additional activities.

Prices. 3.1 The prices quoted by us are ex works, resp. de- livery warehouse including packaging, but excluding the applicable value added tax. 3.2 Any lattice boxes, containers or similar transport packaging (returnable container) provided on loan remain the property of the Vendor and shall be re- turned to the Vendor in good order and at the expense and risk of the Buyer within a reasonable period of time after delivery, but not later than within 30 days from the day of delivery. The Buyer shall be liable for any damage or loss of the returnable container. Failure to return any of the returnable container shall be compensated by the Buyer on the basis of the fair value of the returnable con- tainer. 3.3 We meet our obligations according to Article 17 of the Polish Act on the management of packaging and packaging waste (consolidated text in the Polish Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1114).
