Scope of liability. 9.1 Klient ponosi pełną i wyłączną odpowiedzialność za bezpieczeństwo uczestników Imprezy i innych osób przebywających w Przedmiocie Najmu w związku z Imprezą (np. zawodników, artystów, ekip technicznych), a także ochronę mienia ww. osób w Okresie Świadczenia Usług. 9.1 Customer shall bear full and sole responsibility for the safety of participants in the Event and other persons present in the Subject of the Lease in connection with the Event (e.g. competitors, artists, technical teams), as well as protection of movable property of the above-mentioned persons during the Services Period.
Scope of liability. 1. Liability of PIA Polska is in principle limited to the cases of willful breach of a major contractual obligation or gross negligence on the part of PIA Polska. Notwithstanding the above, within the limits of applicable law PIA Polska will be liable for damages exclusively to the market value of the given vehicle and solely for actual damage.
Scope of liability. 1. ORGANIC LIGHTING Sp. z o.o.’s liability for defects or deficiencies in goods shall be limited to the obligations described in these GTS. The Buyer shall have no right to claim damages for any damage to the goods or in connection with its holding or use – except for compulsory liability resulting explicitly from mandatory legislation.
