If the Customer provides incorrect data for the transfer, which shall result in costs of return transfer and fees and other costs deducted by external banks, DelayFix shall charge PLN 100 (EUR 25) for each additional bank transaction made, which means that the amount of Compensation shall be reduced each time by PLN 100 (EUR 25).

Termin wypłaty. Ubezpieczyciel wypłaci świadczenie w terminie 30 (trzydziestu) dni, licząc od daty otrzymania zawiadomienia o wystąpieniu Zdarzenia ubezpieczeniowego. Gdyby wyjaśnienie okoliczności koniecznych do ustalenia odpowiedzialności Ubezpieczyciela albo wysokości świadczenia w powyższym terminie okazało się niemożliwe, świadczenie zostanie wypłacone w terminie 14 (czternastu) dni, licząc od dnia, w którym wyjaśnienie tych okoliczności stało się możliwe. Jednakże bezsporna część świadczenia powinna być wypłacona w terminie, o którym mowa w pierwszym zdaniu tego punktu.
