Commitment of Covered Creditors. The terms and conditions of this Plan and its Schedules shall be deemed valid and binding as of: (i) the Filing Date, for the Debtor and for all Signatory Creditors; (ii) the respective Adhesion Date, for each Adhering Creditor; and (iii) the Plan Confirmation Date, for all Covered Creditors, whether voluntarily adhering to this Plan or not.
