SAFETY. Supplier and all individuals designated by it or its subcontractors that provide services on the premises of the Buyer shall comply with the provisions contained in the "Regulations on Factory Safety" and "Security Policy" of the Buyer, as well as all applicable health and occupational safety laws and all applicable industry standards, it being the sole responsibility of the Supplier to provide and oversee the use of safety equipment, being also accountable for the safety of its employees or subcontractors.
