CLÁUSULA PRIMEIRA – DO OBJETO
O presente Termo Aditivo objetiva a prorrogação do prazo de vigência do Contrato de Comodato celebrado entre as partes no dia 02 de outubro de 2017, registrado sob nº 283-17.
CLÁUSULA SEGUNDA – DA PRORROGAÇÃO
O prazo mencionado na cláusula sexta do Contrato supracitado fica prorrogado por 05 (cinco) anos, a partir da data de assinatura do presente instrumento.
CLÁUSULA TERCEIRA – DA PUBLICAÇÃO
O extrato do presente Termo Aditivo será levado à publicação, pelo COMODATÁRIO, no Diário Oficial da União, até o quinto dia útil do mês subsequente ao da sua assinatura, para ser publicado no prazo de 20 (vinte) dias daquela data, sendo a publicação condição indispensável à sua eficácia.
CLÁUSULA QUARTA – DA RATIFICAÇÃO
Permanecem inalteradas todas as demais disposições ajustadas no instrumento originário, no que não colidirem com o presente aditivo.

Getting paper copies

Consequences of changing your mind
If you elect to receive required notices and disclosures only in paper format, it will slow the speed at which we can complete certain steps in transactions with you and delivering services to you because we will need first to send the required notices or disclosures to you in paper format, and then wait until we receive back from you your acknowledgment of your receipt of such paper notices or disclosures.
