This present study refers to an analysis of the concession agreement for roadways, considering that the private capital contribution has been increasingly important for implementing public politics and satisfying collective needs. Despite of being important, this agreement has not been fully absorbed, once unilateral changes and interruptions compromise their viability, and investors need to rely on the agreements to be signed. It also intends to analyze issues related to economic-financial balance, which i s the most important point of these agreements. The research was supported by legal doctrines, specialized journals, dissertations and jurisprudence. The study is organized into 4 parts. The purpose of the first chapter is to review the main features of the administrative concession. In the second chapter, we address the concessions for roadways, detailing the agreement and its particularities. In the third chapter, we study the economic-financial balance of the concession agreement
