This article is part of the theme related to Labor Reform, which came into force in November 2017, and one of the changes brought about by the reform was the introduction of Article 452-A including the intermittent labor contract in the text of the Law. In this study aims at an analysis of the new form of employment contract, what its characteristics and implications in the employment contract for the employee and the employer. From the verification of the transformations that follow, it aims to deepen the study on how the changes in the Law, which brought discussions and diverse understandings about the Reformation.
