GENERAL PROVISIONS. The purpose of this General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter GTC) is to determine the general terms of the use of the Festipay voucher chip (wristband and/or card, hereinafter wristband, or Festipay wristband) issued by (SAGA Festival SRL, Bucharest Str. D.I. Mendeleev Nr. 5, 1st floor, room no. 2Sector 1, hereinafter Organizer) at the event organized by Organizer held in 2022, June 3-6, and the rights and obligations of Organizer and the natural persons using the wristband (hereinafter visitor or wristband holder) concerning the use of the wristband. By takeover of the wristband the wristband holder agrees to the provisions of this GTC, and accepts to be bound thereby. The Festipay wristband is an electronic voucher issued by Organizer, which shall be used – exclusively, or non-exclusively – as a means of payment at the event held by Organizer, as unilaterally stipulated by Organizer. The wristband is an RFID wristband based on no-touch technology. The wristband may not be considered a bank wristband or a cash equivalent payment means. The wristband may be used for payment in 2022. June 3-6 at the SAGA Festival 2022, during the term of this event, at the commercial facilities operating at the event site provided by Organizer. Expiration date of use of the wristband: 2022. June 6 5:00 AM The wristband contains no information about the wristband holders. The wristband is valid from takeover, it can be used following its recharge.
GENERAL PROVISIONS. 1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale specify the rules of conclusion of sale agreements, as well as rights and obligations of the Parties to any sale agreements concerning the Seller’s Goods and shall form an integral part of the sale agreement upon the confirmation by the Seller of the Buyer’s Order.
