DEFINITIONS. 1) As used in this Agreement and in any Implementing Arrangements which provide specific procedures, the following definitions apply:

În cazul în care Beneficiarul este persoană fizică acesta va avea și calitatea de Subiect; „CERTSIGN” reprezintă societatea comercială CERTSIGN S.A. cu sediul în Bucureşti, sector 4, Şos. Olteniţei, nr. 107A, Corp C1, Etaj 1, camera 16, înregistrată la Oficiul Registrului Comerţului sub nr. J40/484/2006, CUI 00000000, prestator de servicii de certificare în condițiile stabilite de Regulamentul (UE) nr. 910/2014 privind identificarea electronică și serviciile de încredere pentru tranzacțiile electronice pe piața internă; “Condiţii Generale” înseamnă prezentul document „TERMENI şi CONDIŢII privind furnizarea de servicii de certificare pentru autentificarea site-urilor Web – OV SSL”. “Subscriber” refers to the natural person or legal entity that is the contracting party of the Subscriber agreement for the provision of certification services. If the Subscriber is a natural person (s)he will also act as the Subject; “CERTSIGN” is CERTSIGN S.A., the trading company based in Bucharest, District 0, 000X Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx X0, 1st Floor , room 16, registered at the Trade Registry Office under no. J40 / 484/2006, CUI 00000000 certification service provider under the conditions laid down in Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions on the internal market; “General Conditions” refers this document “TERMS AND CONDITIONS regarding the provision of certification services”.

DEFINITIONS. The following terms in this document shall have the meaning set forth in this Section 2 "Definitions". “Account” means the account of the Card (if any) opened in the name of the Cardholder. “Agreement” means the agreement between Cardholder and its Issuer in respect of issuing the Card. „Card“ means a valid and active Mastercard® Gold, Platinum, World and World Elite (debit or credit) card issued by a Financial Institution based in Romania. “Cardholder” is a natural person of at least 18 years old at the date of enrolment of the Card in the Program, who has fiscal residence in Romania, who holds a Card, issued by a Financial Institution. “Cashback” means a credit transaction which is available to a Participant under this Program which the Issuer shall pay to the Participant in accordance with these Rules, provided always that the Program Budget set by the Mastercard Company from time to time has not yet been exhausted. “Final Date for Cashbacks Payout” means 14th June 2024. „Financial Institution“ or „Issuer“ is the issuing bank or financial institution based in Romania that issues Mastercard® Gold, Platinum, World and World Elite (debit or credit) cards to Cardholders. “Eligible Purchase/s” means any purchase done during the Program Timeframe, at a Participating Merchant with the use of the Card by respecting these Rules, which have to be processed/reported into Mastercard system no later than the Final date of Cashbacks Payout. The conditions of scoring of Eligible Purchase(s) and the corresponding rewards definitions and determination are available and constantly updated on xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx-XX. “In writing” means any written communications, including in the electronic form (such as e-mail messages). “Mastercard Company” or “Company” means the company MASTERCARD EUROPE SA with its registered office at Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx 000 x, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, company no. 0448.038.446.
DEFINITIONS. In these Specific Terms and Conditions for cards issued by OTP Bank and used in the mobile wallet application (hereinafter called “Specific conditions”), the terms mentioned below will have the following meaning:
DEFINITIONS. 2.1. For the purposes of this Regulation, the following terms are defined as follows: ⮚ Card - a valid Mastercard® debit or credit card issued by a bank or financial institution based in Romania (with the exception of Maestro cards). ⮚ Financial Institution is the issuing financial institution in Romania that issues Mastercard cards to cardholders, as well as that issues the Participant Rules, and which is mentioned in Annex 2 to these Rules. ⮚ Holder of the issuer's card is any natural person who has fiscal residence in Romania, who holds a valid Mastercard debit or credit card, issued by a financial institution according to the definition above, based on the territory of Romania. ⮚ Participant is a Holder of the issuer's card who uses it as a payment method and makes at least one purchase according to the provisions of these Rules. ⮚ Agency - According to the definition from article 1.2. ⮚ Winner is a Participant who has been drawn and confirmed as a winner based on these Rules.
