DEFINITIONS. 2.1. In this Framework Agreement the following terms shall be interpreted as follows:

For the purposes of this Regulation, the following terms are defined as follows: ⮚ Card - a valid Mastercard® debit or credit card issued by a bank or financial institution based in Romania (with the exception of Maestro cards). ⮚ Financial Institution is the issuing financial institution in Romania that issues Mastercard cards to cardholders, as well as that issues the Participant Rules, and which is mentioned in Annex 2 to these Rules. ⮚ Holder of the issuer's card is any natural person who has fiscal residence in Romania, who holds a valid Mastercard debit or credit card, issued by a financial institution according to the definition above, based on the territory of Romania. ⮚ Participant is a Holder of the issuer's card who uses it as a payment method and makes at least one purchase according to the provisions of these Rules. ⮚ Agency - According to the definition from article 1.2. ⮚ Winner is a Participant who has been drawn and confirmed as a winner based on these Rules.

b. The loyalty campaign - the email collection system, which will be used exclusively for the purpose of a single communication, on the official launch date of SPARK services, as well as a voucher for the first use of SPARK services; the collection and communication system is limited in duration.

DEFINITIONS. For the purpose of these terms and the Purchase General Conditions, the words below have the following meanings:
DEFINITIONS. The following terms in this document shall have the meaning set forth in this Section 2 "Definitions". “Account” means the account of the Card (if any) opened in the name of the Cardholder. “Agreement” means the agreement between Cardholder and its Issuer in respect of issuing the Card. „Card“ means a valid and active Mastercard® Gold, Platinum, World and World Elite (debit or credit) card issued by a Financial Institution based in Romania. “Cardholder” is a natural person of at least 18 years old at the date of enrolment of the Card in the Program, who has fiscal residence in Romania, who holds a Card, issued by a Financial Institution. “Cashback” means a credit transaction which is available to a Participant under this Program which the Issuer shall pay to the Participant in accordance with these Rules, provided always that the Program Budget set by the Mastercard Company from time to time has not yet been exhausted. “Final Date for Cashbacks Payout” means 14th June 2024. „Financial Institution“ or „Issuer“ is the issuing bank or financial institution based in Romania that issues Mastercard® Gold, Platinum, World and World Elite (debit or credit) cards to Cardholders. “Eligible Purchase/s” means any purchase done during the Program Timeframe, at a Participating Merchant with the use of the Card by respecting these Rules, which have to be processed/reported into Mastercard system no later than the Final date of Cashbacks Payout. The conditions of scoring of Eligible Purchase(s) and the corresponding rewards definitions and determination are available and constantly updated on xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx-XX. “In writing” means any written communications, including in the electronic form (such as e-mail messages). “Mastercard Company” or “Company” means the company MASTERCARD EUROPE SA with its registered office at Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx 000 x, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, company no. 0448.038.446.
DEFINITIONS. For the purpose of this Convention
a) Law enforcement authorities" shall mean the authorities which in accordance with the national law of the Contracting Parties ave the necessary competence to apply the provisions of this Convention;
b) Officials" shall mean any individual designated by the law enforcement authorities;
c) Borders" shall mean the Contracting Parties, land borders, borders on water courses, maritime borders, their airports and sea ports, defined by national law, internationally recognised;
d) Third State" shall mean any State other than the Contracting Parties;
e) “Residence permit” shall mean an authorisation of whatever type issued by a Contracting Party which grants right of residence within its territory. This definition shall not include temporary permission to reside in the territory of a Contracting Party for the purposes of processing an application for asylum or a residence permit;
f) “Personal data” shall mean any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person: an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;
g) “Procssing of personaldata” (hereafter referred to as "processing") shall mean any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction:
h) “Information” shall mean personal and non-personal data.
DEFINITIONS.
