BORROWER AUTHORISATIONS. (a) Copies of all relevant laws, regulations and/or Authorisations, including the law on ratification of this Agreement together with evidence satisfactory to the Agent that such law has been published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia and has become effective.
