Sanctions. The Borrower shall not apply the proceeds of the Loan Facilities for any purpose which would breach Sanctions.
Sanctions. (a) The Guarantor will (and shall ensure that its departments, ministries, agencies or ministers, any entity controlled by it, or any associated person or party acting on its behalf will) comply with Sanctions and will, in the context of the project of which the Commercial Contract forms part and/or the transactions contemplated by the Facility Agreement and this Guarantee, in particular not directly or indirectly use all or any parts of the proceeds of the Facility, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any subsidiary, joint venture partner or other person or entity:
